TNI Special Facilities
TNI maintains a comprehensive range of in-house facilities, including shot blasting equipment for surface treatment, radiographic testing (RT) equipment for non-destructive examination, acid cleaning facilities, heat treatment equipment for post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) and solution heat treatment, bending machines for structural forming, hydrostatic testing facilities, plasma welding machines, and waterjet cutting machines for 
high-precision cutting.

These in-house capabilities enable us to perform the entire production process consistently—from material preparation through inspection and testing. This integrated approach reduces lead times between processes and ensures consistent quality throughout each project.

In particular, TNI provides reliable manufacturing and quality control capabilities for pressure vessels, piping systems, and applications requiring 
high-quality welding.
